A heap overflow vulnerability (CVE-2026-53196) exists in the `io_ti` USB serial driver's `get_manuf_info()` function, which could allow local attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service. The flaw affects Azure Linux 3.0 systems with the `azl3 kernel` versions prior to 6.6.141.1-1. Microsoft has released a patch in kernel version 6.6.141.1-1, which should be applied.
