A Use After Free vulnerability (CVE-2026-50521, CVSS 8.3 HIGH) in Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based) allows an authenticated attacker to execute remote code via a network-based attack. The vulnerability affects Microsoft Edge Chromium versions prior to 149.0.4022.67. Microsoft has addressed this flaw in version 149.0.4022.67, to which all affected systems should be upgraded.
