RHSA-2026:47189: Important: Red Hat build of Quarkus 3.27.4.SP3 security update

Red Hat has issued an Important security update for its build of Quarkus to address multiple vulnerabilities, including denial of service via memory exhaustion in Netty's SPDY-to-HTTP codec (CVE-2026-56745), information disclosure via improper cookie domain validation in Eclipse Vert.x Web Client (CVE-2026-15076, CVSS 7.5), and an unbounded memory accumulation flaw in the RESTEasy Reactive client processor.
