RHSA-2026:49524: Important: perl-Archive-Tar security update

A Denial of Service vulnerability (CVE-2026-9538, CVSS 7.5 HIGH) exists in the perl-Archive-Tar module where a crafted tar header with a large entry size can cause resource exhaustion. The vulnerability affects Archive::Tar versions prior to 3.10, and the fix is to upgrade to version 3.10.
