A Denial of Service vulnerability (CVE-2026-59886, CVSS 7.5 HIGH) exists in the pyasn1 library where crafted ASN.1 REAL values can cause excessive resource consumption. The vulnerability affects pyasn1 versions prior to 0.6.4, and the fix is to upgrade to version 0.6.4.
